Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Setup Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After changing the BU name and re-generating roles, user is unable to create transaction because BU LOV is empty

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BU should be available in LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Receivables>Billing
2. Create Transaction
3. Select BU LOV

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create transactions.
