Account Custom Fields Are Not Seen In File Import Mapping

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has created several custom fields under Account:
- Is501c3SchoolorChurch;
- CommonName (this one is selected by customer in screenshot);
- DBAOrCommonNameOf....
- TaxIDNumber;
- USBasedClassified501c3
Those fields are not available for mapping when doing an import, even though the sandbox has been published in mainline.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer expects the fields to be available for mapping.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom fields in Application Composer;
2. Run Manage File Import Activities - no custom fields under OrganizationProfileExtn object;
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import Account records with custom attributes.
