On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot see the changes made in picklist in the LOV cost center (renamed Budget status) field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to see the changes when the changes are made in the picklist of LOV cost center (renamed Budget status) field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Leads
2. Select a Lead
3. changes made in picklist not seen in the LOV cost center (renamed Budget status) field.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add/delete new values to the picklist.
