Error Running Territory Assignment (Doc ID 2268588.1)

Symptoms

On : R12 version, Territory Management, Quotas

When attempting to manually or batch assign territories using auxiliary dimension on Account,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Territories were not assigned to sales account{SALES_ACCOUNT_ID} {ZCA_210029}"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an existing Account
2. Populate the custom Cost Center field
3. click on Action
4. Run assignment and receive an error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Assign territories.
