Error when opening up an downloaded contract

The file cannot be opened because there are problems with the content

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a Contract
2. Select Download Contract
3. Open the downloaded contract
4. Get error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open downloaded Contracts.
