Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Contract Authoring

The users receive an Error when opening up a downloaded Contract or when they simply download a contract.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a Contract
2. Select Download Contract
3. Open the downloaded contract
4. Get error
