Symptoms
Financial Reporting unable to see the folder in smartview under root folder
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

smartview when connect to smartview will be able to expand the folder under root
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a report in web studio under the root and connect to smartview
