This query relates to UK Cloud Payroll.
Our client provides Payroll Bureau service to other Schools and Academy for whom our client is not Legal Employer. In our understanding, the RTI picks the data from TRU level only. Hence, we are planning to create one legal employer but separate TRUs. Could you please let us know if there would be any issue from payroll and RTI perspective.
I understand it is more of implementation queries. However, the UK payroll guide doesn't explicitly states what data is picked in various RTI from Legal Employer, LDG, PSU & TRU.
Any guidance in this line would be helpful. This is a generic scenario across county councils.
