Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to load the element entries through HDL after the R12 upgrade, the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred: JBO-HRC_DLOAD_TX_HDR_INSERTFAIL: HRC_DLOAD_TX_HDR_INSERTFAIL.oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle. (HRC-1035277)

HRC-1035513An error occurred while processing your data set: java.lang.Exception: env:Server  Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.RuntimeException, msg=oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.ApplcoreException: JBO-HRC_DLOAD_TX_INTERNALERR: HRC_DLOAD_TX_INT

The METADATA line could not be saved to the table HRC_DL_FILE_HEADERS. The ElementEntry business object cannot be processed. (HRC-1035306)

An error occurred while processing your data set: oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionErrorException. (HRC-1035513)
