Error When Attempting to Print [File access blocked] (Doc ID 2268705.1)

Symptoms

Error appears when clicking the print action: Error in processing XSL data. Please contact your company administrator.

Additional errors can be seen from the bm.log:

[ERROR] com.bm.xchange.util.xsl.CPQURIResolver.resolve(CPQURIResolver.java:55) - File access blocked: {file name}

Note: If the File access blocked error references a URL instead of a file name, check for white spaces in the URL. Refer to Doc ID 2237732.1 - Error When Trying to Access Proposal Editor From Commerce [Error in processing XSL data. Please contact your company administrator.] for more information.

Changes

Upgrade to 2016 R2 and newer.
