Account - Activity Sub-tab Default Filter (Doc ID 2268769.1)

Goal

The user goes to the Account edit page > Activities subtab and needs to change the default filter on activity sub-tab.
By default the value is Open Activities, customer would like to set the default value to All activities.
How can this be achieved?
