Error When Docusign Creator Is Added To CC (Doc ID 2268909.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Contract Authoring

Contract creator sends a contract for signature. Error appears if the contract creator is not also listed as an approver.

Usually appears if the contract creator is on the CC of the email. As soon as the contract creator is removed from the email, then the application allows the document to be sent for signature.

ERROR
-----------------------
A carbon copy recipient has been specified as captive. This operation is not supported




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract
2. Send the contract for signature
3. contractor creator is added automatically to the email CC list.
4. error appears
5. remove the creator from the email CC list, error no longer appears and email is sent.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the error is appearing because the creator is automatically added to the signature email cc list..
