Skills And Qualifications Not Visible From My Team

When logged in as a manager and select my team and select any employee, we don't see the employee's skills and qualifications

When we login as manager and click on My team
all the team members' skills and qualifications card should be accessible

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When we login as manager and click on My team
2. Select any employee, we don’t see skills and qualifications card on the left side menu.
