Error While not Choosing existing Company (account) from the OOTB customer list (Doc ID 2269029.1)

1. create new lead
2. type manually company name (DO NOT choose from the list)
3. once done typing, move to another field (by TAB or click)
4. wait for a second and the message will appear

1. happens in both test and prod
2. sometime the error message is short
3. occurs only if company name doesn't exists in the list
