Changes to Priority of BPM Tasks Do Not Take Effect (Doc ID 2269136.1)

Symptoms

Users attempted to modify the priority of the BPM task and then initiated an HR transaction. For example, a location task rule was modified to have a value of two.

However, the workflow notification continues to show the default priority of three.
