Last updated on APRIL 14, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion General Ledger Cloud Service - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The details under node XYZ do not show up in the Balances cube on publishing the hierarchy as the tree version shows.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The tree version and the cubes should show the exact same tree definition.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a hierarchy with several new detail values.

2. Publish the  hierarchy.

3. Make changes on the hierarchies: Adding new children, adding new parents without unpublishing the tree.

4. Re publish the tree, the cubes do not reflect the changes made.

5. Even unpublishing and publishing back the tree will not fix the issue anymore.
