Error: "Your user session has expired. Please talk to your administrator about changing your timeout settings" When Using P6 Professional for Cloud Connect With Client Side Cache Enabled (Doc ID 2269796.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to work within P6 Professional using cloud connect, with client side cache enabled, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"Your user session has expired. Please talk to your administrator about changing your timeout settings"

Followed by:

"You have lost the access to the database. Please restart the application"


STEPS TO DUPLICATE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 using cloud connect / client side cache
  2. Note the exception which occurs



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-----------------------------
When this issue occurs, the session record will display an invalid timestamp for the last_active_time column, which can be seen in the USESSAUD table.
