Benefits [Error during Enrollment for Plan subject to imputed Income]

I trying to find answers In MOSC for the error I encountered during enrollment but I cant find one.
An error occurs when I try to submit the benefit enrollment

I already have a set up for the Shell plan.
Kindly see attached file for the error.


ERROR

No electable choice record exists for the imputed income plan for this person. Contact your benefits administrator to confirm the imputed plan eligibility.The person is enrolling in a plan that is subject to imputed income, but is ineligible for the imputed shell plan. This error occurred in the package ben_det_imputed_income.p_comp_imp_inc_internal. Context at the time of error: Person US, Employee2, Plan Imputed Shell Plan, Person in Life Event ID 25007, Effective Date 2018-01-01


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll Employee in Benefits
2. Click Submit
3. Error occurs.
