Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service - Version 11.1.11.1.0 and later

The following error is seen when trying to enroll an employee :

No electable choice record exists for the imputed income plan for this person. Contact your benefits administrator to confirm the imputed plan eligibility.The person is enrolling in a plan that is subject to imputed income, but is ineligible for the imputed shell plan. This error occurred in the package ben_det_imputed_income.p_comp_imp_inc_internal. Context at the time of error: Person , Plan Imputed Shell Plan, Person in Life Event ID , Effective Date


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll Employee in Benefits
2. Click Submit
3. Error occurs.
