Goal

The Database Items (DBIs) in HCM Extract "PERSON_LATEST_HIRE_DATE" and "WORK_TERM_USER_PERSON_TYPE" are not fetching any values for Non Workers.

or

'PERSON_LATEST_HIRE_DATE' DBI is extracting the hire date for some employees, and it is not extracting for some other employees.
