Error: "Failure of Web Server Bridge: Invalid Configuration Details. Cannot Continue" When Attempting to Login to Team Member Through the QR Code on Smart Phone (Doc ID 2270093.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login Team Member through QR code on mobile device, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Failure of Web Server bridge:
Invalid configuration details. Cannot continue


STEPS TO DUPLICATE:
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to https://<YOUR_ORG>-p6.oracleindustry.com
  2. Login with valid account and password
  3. Click on P6 Team Member
  4. Click the User name on the top right corner of the Team Member web page
  5. Click the second button ‘P6 Mobile xxx' on the drop down menu
  6. Select the QR code Icon on the mobile and scan the QR code generated on the Team Member web page on mobile device
  7. Select ‘Authenticate’ and sign in on the mobile with the same account and password above, then the error shows
