Need Ability To Create New Lists For Activities As Related Objects (Doc ID 2270121.1)

Goal

When viewing a list of activities as related items to e.g. an account or opportunity, how could the customer add new filter values. For example: new values for each Activity Type (i.e.All tasks/ All Appointments/ All Calls Reports; then All Open Tasks/ All Open Appointments/All Open Call Reports; and finally All Completed Tasks/All Completed Appointments/All Completed Call Reports).
