Newly Created Unifier Cloud Users Do Not Receive Temporary Password Email Notification

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In the Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier Environments, when a new User is Created in the Cloud Administration Application, in prior versions the new user would automatically receive an email with a temporary password.
The user would login and change the password and answer the security questions.
However, with the release of the 17.x Versions, newly created users are not receiving this email notification with the temporary password.
