The impact is only to the Manage Model Profiles task which was delivered by the Talent patch (25803219) and then lost is PB packaging. Questionnaire setup tasks are covered and fixes are included in PB5 via another patch that came after the profiles patch (25764769).

With PB5, the Quick Actions new feature will be delivered to the customer. This will allow the user to create quick action icons on the home page for tasks the user has security access to.

This was not an issue pre-PB5 since the menu navigation to this task was exclusively via a HR Specialist work area. However, the quick action feature exposed this action and made it available to the worker/line manager since the privilege had been granted to these roles.
