USER PROVISIONING FAILS WITH JAVAX.SECURITY.AUTH.LOGIN.LOGINEXCEPTION (Doc ID 2270590.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources in Saas Environment

When attempting to Create user in Manage Users page, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-------------
Login Exception encountered when trying to login as admin
java.security.auth.login.LoginException.

 

STEPS
---------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to Manage Users.
3. Create New User
4. Search for the newly created user.
4. Click on edit.
5. On Edit User page the above error is noticed.


Verified the user FUSION_APPS_HCM_SOA_SPML_APPID exists in OIM and in OID
AppID Users and also Active.
Tried bouncing HCM CoreProcesses, HCM SOAServer and OIM SOA Server, but did
not help.

Tested with creating new User after bouncing, but still the same error.

Below error observed in OIM Diagnostic logs:
