Unable to view active resources while attempting to assign to activities (Even though the active resource check box has been marked.)
For other resource types (Example: All resources), the resources are visible and can be assigned to activities.
Active resources should be visible and available for assignment to activities.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Web
2. Access Projects -> Activities
3. Click an activity -> Assignments -> Active Resources
4. Observe there are no results.
