Last updated on AUGUST 12, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Service - Version 6.4.1 to 6.4.2 [Release 6.4]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When there is the need that the carriers have visibility of invoices and also be able to perform certain actions on the buy shipment (restricted by minimizing actions in finder set), a supplementary Access Control List has been created to add to the role alongside SERVPROV_DEFAULT.

When trying to add it to the role, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into OTM
2. Try to add to an ACL the SERVPROV_DEFAULT role
The following message appears: "You cannot modify the ACL of a reserved user role".
3. Trying to update the properties
The following message appears: "The following properties are reserved and cannot be set or removed in a Property Set: glog.realm.allowReservedUserRoleModify".
