Fusion Global HR: Exception Reason List of Values is not Populating in Work Relationship (Doc ID 2270733.1)

Items added to Work Relationship Exception LOV do not appear in the UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigated to Manage Common Lookups task in Setup and Maintenance
2. Queried the meaning 'New Hire Exceptions'
3. Added one item 'Test Exception' to LOV
4. Navigated to Manage Work Relationship
Nothing in the Exception LOV.
