Account Synchronization Between JDE And Sales Cloud

When attempting to create an account, directly it gives "Synchronization Failed" error and when try to retry sync button, the following error occurs.
ORA-INT-JDE-003: Failed to search for matching JDE Customers
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Accounts
3. Create an Account
4. Getting "Synchronization Failed" error
5. When try to retry sync button, getting error "ORA-INT-JDE-003: Failed to search for matching JDE Customers"
Due to this issue, users cannot create an account
