ADF_FACES-60096 error when clicking Edit Additional Information on Create Order page

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Technology Management - Application Customization

Cannot see the EFF in the Order Entry Screen.

Created a EFF at the Header Level with the Name 'End Customer' .
Deployed the Flexfield.
Ran the Process 'Publish Extensible Flexfield Attributes'. The Process got completed with 'Succeeded' Status
Navigated to Order Management >Create Order> Actions > Edit additional Information.
The EFF was not seen.
And there were some error message Popping up.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a EFF at the Header Level with the Name 'End Customer' .
2. Deployed the Flexfield.
3. Ran the Process 'Publish Extensible Flexfield Attributes'. The Process got completed with 'Succeeded' Status
4. Navigated to Order Management >Create Order> Actions > Edit additional Information.

Due to this issue, users cannot see EFF on Order Entry UI.
