"Update Users From LDAP" Page Freezes for About 5-10 Minutes and Then Shows a Blank "Available User" List. (Doc ID 2271354.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  

"Update users from LDAP" page freezes for about 5-10 minutes and then shows a blank "available user" list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"Update users from LDAP" page should show the available users in the list.

STEPS

1. Login to P6Web.

2. Navigate to User --> Administration.

3. Click Actions --> Update users from LDAP.

4. On the "Update users from LDAP" page, choose the option to "select users".

5.  Observe, after about 5-10 minutes, a blank "available user" list is displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update users from LDAP.
