Late Charges Not Defaulting Based On Customer Profile (Doc ID 2271686.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.12.1.0.0 version, On customer profiles. when the customer profile class is updated, and the customers are refreshed, the Enable Late Charges flag does not populate
Also, the customer profile includes late charge configurations, but these options are not getting assigned to the customers that have those profiles


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to be have the customer profile updated correctly


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Setup and Maintenance
3. Query by Task: Manage Customer Profile Classes
4. Query a profile class and update it
5. Go to Receivables > Billing
6. Go to Manage customers
7. Query a customer
8. Review the customer profile and observed the profile is not updated
