On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Payments

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Vendor bank account creation - Bank,Branch not required

When setting up a vendor bank account for a bank in the United States, the bank branch name is not required. For all US banks, the routing number is required for all electronic payments. why is this not required when setting up a US bank account?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank and Branch should be mandatory

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Got to suppliers
2. Payments tab
3. Create bank account
