Cannot Find Item Using Search - Oracle Documents Cloud Service (Doc ID 2272412.1)

Symptoms

Users cannot find a folder when using the search tool in Oracle Documents Cloud Service (also known as Oracle Content and Experience Cloud Service).  For example, when a user has a folder entitled 'Test111', the search does not pick up the test folder if the search is for '111' without quotes.
