Create taxable transaction in a Spreadsheet --> Missing control

I want to signal a missing control in the "Create Taxable transaction in a spreadsheet" process (Navigator > General Accounting > Journals > Menu Create Taxable Transaction in a Spreadsheet). When you click on the menu, a pop-up opens to enter batch name, event class, ledger and legal entity. As you choose the legal entity after the ledger, the application should restrict the list of legal entities to the ones associated with the ledger. Currently it is possible to open a journal with a ledger and a legal entity that are unrelated. Could you please open a bug?

Only LE assigned to particular selected Ledger should be available in LOV after selecting the Ledger

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > General Accounting > Journals > Menu Create Taxable Transaction in a Spreadsheet
2.Insert the Ledger
3.Check the available LE, you will be able to see all LE and not only the ones from the particular Ledger

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select easily the LE for the particular Ledger
