Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to access the "More Details" link from Accounts profile page, it takes you to a blank screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that this would take you to the correct Accounts screen in the Desktop (classic) UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go into an Account
  2. Click on the Profile tab
  3. Click on Actions > More Details


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the details of the account by using this method.
