Listen & Analyse -> SEM Reports -> Select any Channel -> Date Range -> direct messages
When we export the data for May17,2017, the exported csv have messages which are last updated on May17,2017 will be exported. Even though the DM conversation started on previous days, since the DM has been updated on May17, so it will be captured.
Though it is an expected behavoior, But, customer would want to export conversations started on particular date.
Suppose if the conversation started on May17,2017. Only those has to get exported to csv file, not the ones that are updated on May17,2017.
Is there any option to do the same?
