Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Request generated from OSC for external application is missing Account Source System details

Also during initial analysis found the GetAccount Service which was showing the Source System, Source System Reference earlier also stopped sharing those details.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The OS and OSR should get retrieved by getAccount method

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get on the Account's OS and OSR.
