Symptoms

User is getting "access denied--SBL-ODS-50085" error when trying to UPSERT Executive Role with Executive.xml.

migrationtool -u [User ID] -s https://secure-vmsomx[POD name].crmondemand.com -proxyserver [proxy server] Upsert Role "[path and name of XML file]" < [password file]
