ER - To change date format in L&A > SEM Reports section ! (Doc ID 2272691.1)

Goal

Whenever user tries to pull SEM report under L&A, the date format section is in US format (mm/dd/yy). This needs to be localized as per user's profile settings.

Ex: European user should see it in "dd/mm/yyyy" format.
