invoke to call a DB procedure. When IAR file initially getting created and goes through the invoke wizard, it creates the necessary ics wrapper type and package in the database.
But if the iar gets exported, and imported into new environment, the ics warpper pl/sql type and packages are not getting created. To get the wrapper PL/SQL objects created, Customer needs to open the invoke in integration and go through the wizard to get the type and package created
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Integration to invoke DB PL/SQL
2. Export the iar file and delete all the pl/sql objects created before.
3. Reimport the iar file and note pl/sql objects not getting created.
