Symptoms

Steps to replicate issue:
Go to Dashboard Tab, choose a Dashboard, click Show. (Click sub tab if applicable.)
Click any of Service Number # link (e.g. 111111-22222222),
Browser redirect to :https://[CRMOD POD]/user/ServiceRequestDetail?OMTHD=ServiceRequestDetailNav&OMTGT=ServiceRequestDetailForm&ServiceRequestDetailForm.Id=User Name


And page displays error:
Error: Originating at /occamituserweb/user/ServiceRequestDetail
Invalid character at column 6
