Symptoms
When attempting to run Payroll Activity Report, person not found in Person parameter search results.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Payroll Calculation > Submit a Process or Report
2. Select Legislative Data Group
3. Search for Run Payroll Activity Report
4. Click Next
5. Search for person in "Person" parameter using person's first name
6. No data to display shows up in the results
