Sales Manager Not able to edit Status and few other fields on Opportunity (Doc ID 2273202.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Opportunities

Sales Manager is not able to update few fields on the Opportunity, for example Status. How to make the fields editable for the Manager?
