Custom Role For Territory Removes The Hierarchy View

On : version, Technology Management - Fusion Security

I cloned a role called ' Territory Management Enterprise Administration duty' and associated to a user with making any changes. The Territory hierarchy view vanishes after using a cloned role.
I used a standard role called 'Territory Management Setup Duty' and cloned this role and its child duty roles separately and then combined the and used them. Still I am not able to see any territory hierarchy. All the functional policies and data security policies and child roles and their policies are the same but still the data does not show up.

The custom role should work as the source role

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. copied Territory Management Setup Duty  role
2. Create a new job role
3. grant the role to the user and access the apps page
4. The access to the data is not allowed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the custom role
