"Could Not Find Base Project XXXXX" When Restoring Baseline in P6 Professional Cloud Connect Using Enable Client-side Cache (Doc ID 2273597.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
When restoring any baseline in P6 Professional Cloud Connect (with "Enable Client-side Cache" selected for the database alias), the error "Could not find Base Project xxxx" is displayed. However, the baseline does restore and is shown under Enterprise>Projects as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
The error message "Could not find Base Project xxxx" should not be displayed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Log in to P6 Professional using cloud connect with "Enable Client-side Cache" selected
  2. Create a new project
  3. Create a new baseline
  4. Restore the baseline
  5. Receive "Could not find Base Project xxxx"
  6. Navigate to the Projects view and refresh, and the project (former baseline) is displayed
