Import Blanket Agreement Error

On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Contract Authoring
Import Blanket Agreement process throws error and does not complete successfully.
Opening the Process in scheduled processes does not display all the fields. The Procurement BU ,etc fields are not shown on the process page before selecting submit.
"Unable to retrieve content. Please see "Remote Region Error #1" in the server logs for more information"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a contract with lines (BUY agreement lines)
2. submit and approve the contract
3. auto create fulfillment lines
4. select create agreement option
5. go to schedule process - try to run import blanket agreement process
6. import process fails with the remote region error
