In Oracle SRM, we have abundant data sources for domestic and overseas listening, and it is possible to acquire not only SNS but also various data such as EC site · travel review · wisdom bag bulletin board from WEB.

We would like to know how to acquire (listen) historical data of these information within the scope of the contract (no additional fee).

In addition, please let us know if there are limitations on acquisition etc. about the number of data that can be acquired and the period etc.
