When attempting to run metadata upgrade #123 in Common, Sales apps,
the following error occurs.

Upgrade step 123 could not be completed Contact your help desk. (ZCX-3075091)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run metadata upgrade 123 in Sales or Common app.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete upgrade steps.
