On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to enter PPS number

Fusion is not allowing me to enter the PPS# 0076979OA employee's record - Country -> Ireland

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to enter and save.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire an employee -> Add National Identifier
2. Select country -> Ireland -> Try to add 'PPS Number' -> 0076979OA


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update/add national identifier.
