Errors Creating Required Backup for Instantis Upgrade

When attempting to "Create BackUp" in Upgrade Mode, the following error occurs.

STEPS to produce error
1. Access as System Configurator
2. Change Mode to Upgrade
3. Select "Create Backup"
4. At step "Grab Ownership of the Files" the Back up fails with the error described above.
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully upgrade the version as creation of the backup of the account is a required prerequisite in the system.
Users have Deleted Documents and Document templates in the system.
