PD Cloud - Revision Effectivity Cannot Be Backdated (Doc ID 2274714.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Import back dated Item Revisions, the following error occurs.

Revision Code : 1, null - Revision Effectivity cannot be backdated. (EGP-2775349)


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Prepare Item Import Template
2. Load Item Import Template to the UCM Folder
3. Navigate to Scheduled Processes -> Schedule New Process
4. Run the Load Interface File for Import Process
5. Load the Item Import Process
